What data sources does Area Recon use?
Area Recon aggregates data from public census records, business registries, economic indicators, real estate listings, and proprietary datasets. We continuously expand our sources to provide the most comprehensive market intelligence possible.
How frequently is the data updated?
Core datasets are refreshed weekly. Some real-time indicators (e.g., active listings, permit filings) update daily. Historical trend data is recalculated monthly.
What export formats are available?
Reports can be exported as PDF, CSV, and Excel (.xlsx). Enterprise plans also support JSON via our API for programmatic access.
Do you offer enterprise or custom reports?
Yes. Enterprise plans include white-label branding, custom data overlays, bulk report generation, and dedicated account support. Contact sales@arearecon.com for details.
Which markets does Area Recon cover?
We currently cover all U.S. metro areas and ZIP codes. International market coverage is on our roadmap. If you need a specific region, let us know.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
